By accessing or using Ascifiw3 Network (the "Platform," "App," "we," "us," or "our"), each user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Platform's Privacy Policy.
Ascifiw3 Network is a community application intended to connect members, entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations, and event organizers through community features such as profiles, listings, posts, messages, and other interactions.
The Platform is built as a moderated community space, and access to it is conditional on compliance with these Terms, the community guidelines, and any additional rules published inside the App or on the related website.
Use of the Platform is limited to persons who have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
If the Platform sets a minimum age requirement, users must meet that requirement before creating an account or using restricted features.
Certain features may require account registration. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under that account.
The Platform may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or disable accounts that appear misleading, fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
Users must act lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with the safety, integrity, and purpose of the community.
Users must not: - Post, transmit, or promote illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable content. - Harass, intimidate, exploit, impersonate, scam, or endanger other users or third parties. - Upload malicious software, interfere with the Platform's security, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data. - Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity. - Use the Platform for spam, manipulation, fake engagement, or any activity that undermines trust in the community.
Users may submit or publish content such as text, images, listings, event details, messages, comments, links, or other materials ("User Content") through the Platform.
Each user remains responsible for the User Content they submit and confirms that they own it or have all rights, permissions, and legal authority required to post it.
By posting User Content on the Platform, the user grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, adapt, and distribute that content solely for the operation, promotion, security, and improvement of the Platform.
Because Ascifiw3 Network is a community platform with clearly defined rules and moderation standards, the Platform reserves the right to monitor, review, restrict, suspend, remove, or delete content, profiles, listings, messages, or accounts at any time where this is considered necessary for community safety, platform integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of the community guidelines.
The Platform may suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it believes that the account violates the Platform's rules, harms the community, creates risk, or is otherwise incompatible with the purposes of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not obligated to provide a prior warning, detailed explanation, or opportunity to appeal before taking moderation or enforcement action.
Where mandatory law requires notice, explanation, or a statement of reasons, the Platform will comply with those legal obligations.
The Platform may offer paid services, subscriptions, featured listings, promotional options, advertising placements, boosts, or other paid features.
All payments made to the Platform are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for unused time, unused services, account suspension, account deletion, removal of content, dissatisfaction with results, or any moderation decision, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, content structure, features, and underlying materials, belong to the Platform operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No user receives ownership rights in the Platform. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, payment providers, or social media services that are not controlled by the Platform.
The Platform is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any third-party service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful networking outcomes, business opportunities, sales, leads, partnerships, attendance, visibility, or any specific result from use of the community.
The Platform does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or reliability of user-generated content, listings, services, events, offers, or interactions between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Platform operator for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Platform during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if no payment was made.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operator, its affiliates, officers, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the user's content, conduct, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
The Platform may suspend or terminate access immediately if it determines that continued access is not in the interest of the community, the Platform, other users, legal compliance, or operational security.
Termination or deletion of an account does not create any right to refund, compensation, restoration of content, or continued access to the Platform, except where required by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where legally required or reasonably appropriate, notice of material changes may be provided through the Platform, by email, or through another communication channel.
If the Platform operator is established in Belgium, these Terms should be governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users under applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
